The Transcendance Group (TTG) is a South African advisory, digital intelligence, skills and implementation company. We work across strategy, governance, technology and human capability to help institutions and enterprises convert difficult mandates into structured action.

Leilah Jacobs
Leila Jacobs is an owner and director of The Transcendance Group. She provides strategic oversight to the company’s development, governance and long-term sustainability. Her role supports TTG’s commitment to building a responsible, Black-owned African enterprise that connects institutional knowledge, emerging talent and practical implementation. Her profile will be expanded once her current CV, professional photograph and approved portfolio responsibilities have been finalised.
MANAGING PARTNER
Faiez Jacobs
Faiez Jacobs is the Managing Partner of The Transcendance Group. He brings extensive experience in governance, institutional development, public policy, stakeholder mobilisation and programme implementation. A former Member of Parliament and former ANC Western Cape Provincial Secretary, he has worked across national, provincial and local government. Through TTG, he now connects strategy, technology, skills development, public-sector modernisation and China–Africa partnerships to practical implementation and measurable opportunity.

Naeemah Ismail
Business Consultant
Naeemah Ismail is a Business Consultant at The Transcendance Group. She supports business development, project coordination, research, administration and the preparation of strategic and commercial submissions. Her work contributes to TTG’s tender pipeline, stakeholder engagement, partnership development and operational delivery. She brings a practical, organised approach to translating ideas and opportunities into structured tasks, documentation and implementation support across TTG’s expanding portfolio.
La'eeq Solomons
Programme Manager
La’eeq Solomons is a Programme Manager at The Transcendance Group. He supports the coordination of programmes, learners, administration, stakeholder communication and delivery schedules. His role includes maintaining action registers, supporting compliance processes, coordinating programme information and helping ensure that work moves from instruction to completion. He forms part of TTG’s emerging implementation team and contributes to building disciplined systems for skills, projects and organisational growth.
